Training and Coaching

Sue trains parents, carers and practitioners in the Happy Kids Happy You approach: communicating effectively to build positive, happy relationships with our children. She draws on five years’ experience working with parents and practitioners, plus specifically designed products and resources to support this approach.

Workshops provide a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for groups of people to learn and practise Happy Kids Happy You methods, share experiences and find new ways of tackling current challenges. Workshop programmes are sponsored by public and private organisations.

Coaching offers confidential, one-to-one support for individuals to learn Happy Kids Happy You methods and apply them to their current challenges.

Sponsored Workshops

Are you a member of, or do you use the services of an organisation that may be interested in sponsoring Happy Kids Happy You training for its clients or members? Whether it's a Day Nursery, PTA, Council, Children's Centre or private company, Happy Kids Happy You delivers workshop programmes or bespoke sessions for parents, carers and childcare professionals.

Coaching 

Coaching is a professional, confidential, one-to-one relationship in which your coach, Sue, enables you to explore your current challenges to find solutions that will work for you. As well as the Happy Kids Happy You toolkit, Sue draws on her wider NLP and coaching knowledge and experience to help you get to where you want to be. This can include overcoming personal challenges or achieving personal goals, as well as issues with family life and the children you care for.

Coaching consists of 45 minute telephone sessions, scheduled at mutually convenient times. An introductory package of three sessions includes a copy of the Happy Kids Happy You Book and a set of the Key Cards.
