How to use words that work with day-to-day “small stuff” so that your family life goes more smoothly.

How to use your body language to understand your children better and get on their wavelength so that you enjoy developing great relationships with them.

How to give effective praise to notice and get more of what you want and build self-esteem, so that you like your kids and yourself more!

How to give yourself and your children more choices that turn challenging situations into learning opportunities, so that you parent smarter not harder.

How to be in a better mood more of the time that gets better results for you and your children.

How to build on your skills and confidence as a parent, developing and learning alongside your children.

£5 per ticket: half of the proceeds will be being donated to Miles of Smiles – a local charity helping to put a smile on children’s faces by funding e.g. a new hair style, a family meal or an afternoon shopping.
